These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skills.smart4talent.com (the "Platform") and your enrollment in any program offered through it. By submitting an application, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Smart4Talent Skills Academy offers fee-based, instructor-supported, on-the-job training ("OJT") programs in human resources functions, including recruitment, operations, payroll, compliance, administration, business development, HR generalist work, and AI-for-HR skills. Full program details, duration, and fees for each program are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms.
Programs are offered as part of a limited, full-time cohort ("Batch 1") with a fixed number of seats. We do not guarantee seat availability after the published seat limit is reached, regardless of when payment is attempted.
All program fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the rate applicable under Indian law at the time of payment (currently 18%) and is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) options, where shown, are provided by Razorpay or your card issuer and are subject to their own separate terms and interest charges, which we do not control.
A seat is only confirmed once payment is successfully captured and verified. Submitting the application form alone does not reserve your seat.
The 50% scholarship discount shown on program fees is applied automatically at checkout for eligible applicants and is not a separate coupon or code. Scholarship eligibility, scope, and any conditions are described in full in our Scholarship Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Our refund and cancellation rules, including the cooling-off window and what happens if a batch does not run, are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
Where a program includes live on-the-job training, a monthly stipend, or a performance incentive, the amount, eligibility, and conditions are described on the relevant program page. Stipend and incentive amounts depend on attendance, task completion, and performance, and are not a fixed guarantee regardless of participation.
Where a program describes placement support or on-roll opportunities, this means we will make reasonable efforts to introduce you to hiring partners and support your interview process. It is not a guarantee of employment, a guaranteed salary figure, or a guaranteed offer from any specific employer. Actual hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring company.
All course material, recordings, assessments, and content provided through the Platform remain the property of Dangi Digital Media LLP or its licensors. You may use this material for your own learning during and after the program, but may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish it without our written permission.
After payment is confirmed, we provision a student account for you and may send you a one-time login link by email or WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping access to this account secure. Let us know immediately at the contact details below if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dangi Digital Media LLP's total liability to you arising from your enrollment or use of the Platform is limited to the amount you actually paid for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new batch, updated fees, or a change in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your enrollment will first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our support team using the contact details below. If unresolved, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you may have under Indian consumer protection law to approach a consumer forum in your own jurisdiction.
