Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enroll because you're confident this is the right program for you — not because cancelling is difficult. This page sets out exactly when you can cancel, how much is refunded, and how long it takes.

1. Cancelling before your batch starts

If you cancel at any point before your batch start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid, minus any payment gateway fee that Razorpay does not return to us (typically around 2%).

2. Cancelling within 7 days of payment, after the batch has started

If your batch has already started by the time you decide to cancel, you can still request a refund within 7 days of your original payment date, provided you have attended or accessed no more than one day of live sessions or one module of recorded content. In this case:

3. After the 7-day window, or after attending more than one session

Once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, or once you have attended more than one live session or accessed more than one module — whichever happens first — fees are non-refundable. This reflects that your seat in a strictly limited cohort (25 seats, Batch 1) has been held for you and that trainer time, OJT placement, and stipend allocation have already begun on your behalf.

If you are unable to continue the program for a genuine reason (medical emergency, relocation, or similar), contact us — we may, at our discretion, offer a deferral to a future batch instead of a refund, on a case-by-case basis. This is not guaranteed and depends on seat availability in the next batch.

4. If we cancel or delay a batch

If Smart4Talent Skills Academy cancels a batch entirely, or delays its start date by more than 30 days from what was originally communicated to you, you are entitled to a full refund with no processing fee deducted, or you may choose to wait for the rescheduled batch instead.

5. EMI payments

If you paid using an EMI plan through your card issuer or Razorpay, refunds (where applicable under sections 1 or 2 above) are issued to the original payment instrument. Any interest already charged by your bank on the EMI is governed by your bank's own terms and is not refunded by us, since we do not receive or control that interest.

6. How refunds are processed

1. Email info@smart4talent.com or WhatsApp +91 90346-33361 with your registered phone number and the reason for cancellation.
2. We will confirm your eligibility for a refund under the rules above within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay within 5 business days of approval.
4. Razorpay-initiated refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — this part is outside our control.

7. Scholarship and refund interaction

If you received the 50% scholarship discount, any approved refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid (the discounted amount plus GST) — not on the original, pre-scholarship fee.
